Rev. Dr. Pamela Chisholm serves at . . .

Rev. Dr. Pamela Chisholm serves at Mariners’ Temple Baptist Church as Minister of Evangelism & Outreach. In 1998 she developed the Helping Hands for Jesus Clothing Ministry. A ministry serving the community with faithful sponsors such as New York University, St. Regis Hotel, and American Baptist Churches Missions of USA.  

Education & Experience

In May 2003 she graduated from the College of New Rochelle with a degree in Liberal Arts/Religious Studies. Dr. Henrietta Carter licensed Dr. Chisholm to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ on May 15, 2005. In May 2007 she received her M.DIV from New York Theological Seminary. While in N.Y.T.S Dr. Chisholm was privileged to work at the Bowery Mission Women’s Center as Institution Chaplain. She was ordained by American Baptist Churches of USA on January 11, 2015. In May 2016 she earned her Doctor of Ministry degree from New York Theological Seminary. It was through her D.MIN project MTBC “REACH MINISTY” was birthed in 2016. She received the Community Service Award in 2007. The Minister of the Year Award in 2011. The J. Bradley Allen Award from the Bowery Mission in 2014 and the Thom Fluellen Award for Exceptional Community Service from NYU in 2018.

Currently, Dr. Chisholm is employed at CAMBA Inc. as Program Manager. Responsible for overseeing/programming CAMBA Supportive Housing Buildings located in Brooklyn, NY. She celebrates 26 years of blissful marriage with her beloved husband Deacon Eugene Chisholm. Her favorite scripture that drives her passion in God’s call on her life is 2 Timothy 4:5, “But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.”
